What is the opinion of those who have used the Achedaway Pro 16mm
I belong to a gym in NYC in which I been attending for for several years. About a year ago my gym had purchased about 8 Theragun Pros for its clients to use during and after workouts. I was impressed and being that I have bilateral issues with both of my knees and shoulders I decided to buy a Theragun Pro a few months ago. Needless to say I was gravely disappointed when it had arrived for it was obviously used and returned. The massage gun was not wrapped in plastic and it had numerous scratches and fingerprints on it. I soon returned it. In the interim I had done my research on massage guns and every single article in which I had read, the Achedaway Pro was always listed in the top 5 or 10 massage guns on the market, often times above the Theragun brand. One lengthy article that I read compared only the Theragun Pro and the Achedaway Pro and the Achedaway Pro came out on top.
Great massage gun, has 16mm amplitude so it hits deep into the muscles. 2 of the 4 attachments are all metal, really good quality, because of that after about 10 mins of use the heads do heat up giving a great massage. The soft head is awesome for sensitive areas. Great that you can take out and swap out batteries. Great power, the only thing that could be improved would be to have a rubberized handle
I loved how quiet the device was ( main reason for purchasing ), the aluminum construction is nice.
And the price is decent for what you get.
The high stall force is good for deep tissue and trigger point( 2nd Purchase reason).
The carrying case is nice and it has several good tips.
However, I would like to see a Round foam tip added to the unit.
I would like to see a unit on the market that uses a rheostat instead of a button with Preset intensities.
The Unit can be harder to grip if you have smaller hands and if there is any grease from the skin that gets on it, it can become slippery.
I would like to see some textured engraving/ grip Tape over the Handle. And maybe a leash, so you can loop the device around your hand so you don’t accidentally drop it while using on yourself.
